minimix

footy
the absolute best thing on the radio is the minimix on annie mac's radio 1 mashup show. she hands over 5 minutes each week to a dj or producer to do whatever they like. generally the idea is to cram in as many songs into the 5 minutes as possible. some are themed, some just very random.

so here are two minimixes from me - i have ideas for more, i just need the time to get around to doing them!

phil b - klf minimix
klf

"this is what the klf is about. also known as the justified ancients of mu mu. furthermore known as the jams"
8 of their best tracks mixed up in the 100% unofficial 5 minute phil b - klf minimix

footy

all the big england footy songs crammed into 5 minutes. originally created for annie mac’s show on radio 1 for the world cup in germany 2006 and also played on various radio stations for the world cup in south africa 2010. such a shame that those over-paid footballers played like a bunch of amateurs at both tournaments.

there is also a slightly shorter version that cuts out sven and football crazy but squeezes in a couple of seconds of ‘back home’ from the england team of 1970.
